No, It's not about the band. When I decided on this name I hadn't heard of any band called XTC. It's just slang for ecstasy.

because most of the time when you download brush files they come in zip folders. i also have ps cs3 extended and that doesn't affect the brushes in the folder. follow my tutorial all the way & let me know if it works or not. "D
